Daniel J. Woods is the Managing Director of Compound Property Group and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Registered Valuer. Born and raised in Bermuda, Daniel graduated from Saltus Grammar School before studying business in Ontario, Canada, and later earning a degree in Real Estate Management from Kingston University London.

With over 10 years of experience in Bermuda’s property industry, Daniel began his career in estate agency with Kitson Real Estate before joining Fulcrum Property Consultants, where he specialized in valuations across all asset classes. He later served in the Estates Department of the Bermuda Government, managing public assets and supporting major real estate and capital projects.

Today, Daniel leads Compound Property Group full-time, delivering professional services across property management, project management, and real estate valuation. His approach is defined by technical expertise, responsiveness, and a strong network of client and industry relationships across the island.
